Trapshooting

In 1928 the Board of Governors appointed a committee to organize clay bird shooting at Sunnybrook during the winter. Sunnybrook’s trapshooting teams were very active, especially the women’s squad, who won the Suburban Interclub Shoot several years during the period the sport was contested at the Flourtown location. Ninety years later, the cooler-weather sport is again offered November – March each year. Seasoned shooters and those new to the sport are invited to participate. Please see the schedule below for all events and contact the office to sign up.

In addition, there are special events during the year that are open to all members and to other club members in the area.
